Terms and Conditions

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Puerto Rico. Note that we cannot ship to international destinations. All orders are shipped through the USPS® Priority Mail Flat Rate. ‎  Once shipped, all orders are scheduled to arrive in 1 to 3 business days.  

PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED BY THE US POST OFFICE.  The Post Office will require an inspection of the damage (not just a picture) in order file a claim for compensation for damaged items.   If your order does not have USPS verification of delivery within 14 business days from being shipped we will file a claim with the USPS and replace the full “lost item” once the claim is approved by the USPS.  

 CLAIMS MAY BE DELAYED DURING USPS SERVICE INTERUPTIONS DUE TO WEATHER, COVID 19 or OTHER FACTORS.   

 All orders once processed are final.  We do offer an exchange for up to full credit if the original product is returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days of reciept of the product. The buyer assumes all responsibility for returning the product in its original condition including shipping charges.  •      Black Mesa Bullets reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on all returns.  It is up to the discretion of Black Mesa Bullets as to the condition of the returned package and does not include shipping costs.
